From the company that manages the water in Lanzarote, they affirm that the solution "is becoming more complicated than expected" , and that they have "all the material and human resources available in this breakdown". The problem, they point out is caused by a breakdown in the pipeline of the wastewater flowing from the Arrecife pumping station, in the area of the Molina Orosa Hospital, to the treatment plant at the exit of the capital towards San Bartolomé.

Finally, Canal Gestión say "it is expected that the work can be solved in a few days" , when the technical work is completed and they guarantee that "it will not be repeated"

The Civil Guard has been conducting inspections of the wastewater discharge in Argana Alta since the last 5 days, in view of the possible administrative or criminal responsibilities that Canal Gestión could have incurred as being responsible for the service.
