In the Canary Islands, 2,629 home sales were registered in September, 35.5% more than in the same month of 2021, which places it at the head of Spain in terms of growth.
Of the total homes sold in September on the islands, 2,146 were second-hand and 483 were newly built. Most of the sales, 2,522, were closed on the free market and 107 affected homes with some type of protection.
